Privacy at WIXR™ starts with a simple belief: clarity should never come at the cost of trust.
WIXR™ exists to help leaders make better workforce decisions — not to monitor people, invade privacy, or create fear at work. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
We design WIXR™ to focus on patterns over time, not individual moments. We do not build systems that watch people work. We build systems that help people understand work.
What data we collect
WIXR™ processes limited work-related signals required to generate the Workforce Intelligence Index. These signals may include aggregated activity metadata, workflow context, and role-based usage patterns.
We do not collect: keystroke logs, screen recordings, webcam data, audio recordings, or personal content. We do not monitor private communications.
How we use data
Data is used solely to generate WIXR™ scores, trends, and guidance. Insights are derived from patterns over time — not single days or isolated actions.
WIXR™ is designed to inform decisions, not automate them. Humans remain accountable for all actions taken based on WIXR™ insights.
Employee visibility and fairness
Employees have visibility into their own WIXR™ signals and guidance. WIXR™ does not rank employees against each other or create hidden scoring systems.
Data security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through role-based permissions. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect customer information.
Data ownership
Customers retain ownership of their data. WIXR™ does not sell customer data or use it for advertising.
Aggregated, anonymized insights may be used to improve the WIXR™ system — never to identify individuals.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update it transparently. We believe trust is earned through clarity, not buried in fine print.
