WIXR™ provides a Workforce Intelligence Index derived from work patterns over time. It is an informational system designed to support human decision-making.
WIXR™ does not make decisions, issue commands, or take autonomous actions. Responsibility for all workforce decisions remains with the customer.
Acceptable use
You agree to use WIXR™ in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. WIXR™ may not be used for unlawful surveillance, discriminatory practices, or punitive enforcement without due process.
No guarantees
WIXR™ provides insights based on observed patterns. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or business results.
Decisions made using WIXR™ should be considered alongside human judgment, context, and organizational values.
Intellectual property
WIXR™, including its models, indices, methodology, and branding, is the intellectual property of its creators. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service.
Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability, but WIXR™ is provided on an “as-is” basis. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or improvement.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Customers may discontinue use at any time in accordance with their subscription terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update them transparently. Continued use of WIXR™ indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
